RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Items may be exchanged within 30-days from the date of purchase for items of equal or greater value. However, no customized items may be exchanged.

To obtain an exchange, you must notify HammerHead Lacrosse within the first 30 days of purchase that you desire an exchange.

In the event that goods are damaged during shipment you must request a “Refund Claim Form." HammerHead Lacrosse will then review your claim and take action on replacement or the refunding of your order.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN PROCESS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. INVALID CREDIT CARD CANCELLTIONS WILL BE CHARGED $25
